Scan to BIM

Manually modeling parametric 3D objects from a point cloud is very labor-intensive. Allinq specializes in detecting objects in point clouds and generating parametric designs. Since each asset is unique, it’s difficult to automate point cloud detection. However, most assets have repetitive features or patterns. We can recognize these patterns using our in-house developed Artificial Intelligence (Revit) models. The assets are automatically placed in the Revit file. Compared to regular Scan to BIM applications, this results in an 80% time savings.
