We executed this case for VodafoneZiggo.

The collaboration between Allinq Digital and VodafoneZiggo began with an operational dashboard. “Within the Datacenters Infrastructure department, we needed a partner to gain insights from the data and perform analyses, and that partner became Allinq.” It has since evolved into a long-term partnership, Vera explains. “We see many challenges ahead for which we don’t have the necessary competencies in-house.”
Allinq is assisting VodafoneZiggo with analyses in various domains, with the goal of transitioning from reactive to preventive management. Eventually, they aim to achieve predictive maintenance through Artificial Intelligence. Vera explains, “By moving from reactive to proactive, we can substantially reduce operational costs and achieve tremendous efficiency.” Allinq Digital also provides data-based advice, such as optimal equipment lifecycle recommendations.
Embracing the unknown end product is a central aspect of Allinq Digital’s approach. They have a goal and work step by step towards it. This requires a strong bond between both partners, effective communication, and mutual trust. Vera states, “It’s about experimenting, pioneering. You receive information that wasn’t previously available, leading to new questions and ideas.”
Our goal requires a strong bond between both partners, effective communication, and mutual trust.
However, this approach also comes with its challenges. How do you manage a team when you don’t know what the end product will be? That’s where having a trusted partner can be beneficial. “If I have an issue or a question, I can simply call and ask how they do something. We immediately understand each other. So, Allinq Digital is also a sparring partner.”
The collaboration is evolving. Partnership also means that things may not always go as expected. “Mistakes can be made, which is inherent to what we’re doing together. That’s perfectly fine. As long as we’re honest and can hold each other accountable.”
As a vision for the future, Vera sees the transformation from traditional operations to making decisions based on data and output while automating as many processes as possible. She believes that Allinq Digital’s influence on this transformation is enormous. “To achieve this ambition, we need Allinq Digital to perform analyses and provide advice on how to optimally set up our new digital practices. If we don’t do all of this, we will never transition to that digital way of working.”
